On Sunday the 4th of August, Bahamas Athletics was able to catch Ramon Miller putting in his final work out before his departure for the 2013 IAAF World Championships. Also track side with Ramon following him closely was his coach Tyrone Burrows who was taking him through his final workout before the championships. Ramon's family was there cheering him on and encouraging him.

Once the workout had concluded, Ramon spoke to Bahamas Athletics about his training and readiness to represent the Bahamas. Ramon Miller reflected on his early beginning as a high school athlete, his experiences on being apart of the various Junior national teams. Ramon also proudly reflected on his experiences of running at the collegiate level and one of his most invaluable experiences -anchoring the final leg of the Gold medal 4x400m men relay team at the 2012 London Olympics! What an experience!

Ramon ended the interview by speaking about how excited he is about the junior athletes who are now coming up; he encouraged the next generation of junior athletes to do well and stay focused!

Like the 2012 London Olympics, Ramon is ready for whatever is asked of him. Another Great Bahamian ready to represent his country!
